It was pretty good, long but good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with kids under like age 8 or so. The plot seemed a bit confusing (the boys kept asking what was going on) and the length is too long for smaller kids. It was pretty violent in spots, not what I was expecting at all. There is a lot of martial arts and fighting in it. Several people also die in car crashes, which is to be expected in a car racing movie like that.
There were a few swear words and one obscene finger gesture but no sex or really any sexual undertones.
The boys seemed to enjoy it and can't stop talking about it.
I was a huge fan of the original cartoon series as is my dh and we both liked it.
If i had to do over again though I would see it on IMAX it would be awesome on that screen!

Thanks pleasemama! My almost 4 yr old wants to see it but I think maybe we will wait til it's on DVD. I bet he wouldn't sit through a long movie! He might be disappointed not going to see it since he's a big fan!

Thanks for review mt 6 yr old dd want to see it really bad.
My husband and I are both looking forward to that movie. It's not in cinemas yet. We will go and see that movie. Thanks for the review.
