Ok, so what do you do with your Easter eggs? I have 18 hard-boiled eggs and I don't want to make it all into egg salad. What else can I do with them?

you can dice it and put it on reg salads, or make cobb salad. My husband begs me to boil eggs all the time, so I usually dont have to worry, plus I am going back on Adkins, so it looks like I will be eating them.

I didn't even think of deviled eggs. We haven't had them in a while! Thanks for the ideas!

I think that you can freeze them after you dice them too. Seems to me when I worked in a rest. we had bags of frozen eggs for the salad bar

Im doing deviled eggs tonight but we only have 8 eggs. I just decided not to do so many becuase we only have one kid but my husband kinda took over and did most of the eggs himself. Hes just a big kid himself sometimes. LOL

deviled eggs or potato salad. Otherwise i just throw them out on trash day. I know its wasteful but what can you do.
