My husband and I have been in a 2 year 20 pound slump. With a family cruise to the Bahamas as our motivation we are going to get our bodies back! I'm determined to be bikini ready by April 20. We are trying The Abs Diet.

It's time to get back on track.  I got the new Jillian Michaels DVD in the mail: 30 day Shred.  Just in time too!  32 days until vacation.  I'll weigh in next week.

Still at 140, DH is somewhere around 189.  I'm finding it really frusterating to have worked so hard and eaten so well and all I lost was 6 pounds.  I don't know what I could be doing wrong.

That's great! What diet are you following? I'm doing WW and since the 2nd week of the year, I'm down 12 lbs, 8 inches. It's been a long haul so far but I have just begun and have a few more months ahead of me to lose. After all, it took a good 9 months to put it all on!
