Working out is not one of my favorite things -- but I seem to be devoting a good portion of my life to it lately. I have a big event coming up in about 4 months that has me shaking my groove-thing and using all sorts of gym equipment that in the past I was too scared to even stand next to.
So, what is my favorite thing about the gym you ask? Workout music!! The tunes that are being filtered into my ears makes the hour of muscle torture go by quicker -- or so it seems. Depending on what type of activity I am doing, I have a different playlist.
For cardio -- such as walking, running, ellipticalling (if that is even a word), etc... -- I move to the following songs:
